Filtered views

Views make it possible to show only part of the library. They are the basis for organizing content. Every view has filters, which define the content that is displayed in that view.

The All view is a special view that shows all content. It cannot be edited or deleted.

Create

To create a new view, go to Manage views and click the Create view button on the top right.

Create a view by giving it a name and defining which content should be displayed in that view, through filters.

Edit

To edit a view, go to Manage views and click on it's name in the list.

It will open the same editor as when creating a new view, with the settings of the view filled in. There the view can be updated and saved.

Delete

To delete a view, go to Manage views and click on it's actions button. Then click on the delete button.
