Google Reader API (integration with other apps)

Lighthouse supports integrations with other services via the Google Reader API. It's an inofficial standard supported by many reader apps, including many mobile reader apps. Other apps can connect to Lighthouse accounts through that API.

By default it is disabled. To enable it, go to Settings -> Integrations. The username is the same as the email address used for the Lighthouse account and cannot be changed. The password must be set, and should be different from the one used for the Lighthouse account, since it must be entered in the 3rd party application.

The API gives access to content subscriptions and content (including summaries and parsed full content). It's also possible to change the state of content and its tags.
