Huge rule upgrade: Rules based on length, language, topic, about sentence, summary, and paywall status

Rules just got a huge upgrade!

It's now possible to define rules based on length, language, topic, about sentence, summary, and paywall status. In addition to content subscription, tags, title and URL that was already possible before.

The way the conditions are defined is also updated to make new kinds of rules possible. They can now define different operations. It depends on the field, for example, the image below shows the operations possible on the title.

This vastly improves the power and flexibility of rules.
