Improvement: Explore all available articles of a feed

By default you only have articles available in your account that were published after you subscribed to the feed.

Now you can explore all articles Lighthouse has ever processed. And with the click of a button you can add them to the library.

Improvement: Add tags with adding content

When manually adding content, you can now immediately add tags to it too.

Improvement: Articles added to inbox after subscribing

When you subscribe to a new feed, the last 5 articles of that feed are now added to your inbox.
